It depends on your driving style. Of all the tires I have tried, Pirelli pZero Corsa Asimetrio's were the best on the street, but they do not offer them in many sizes. For a weekend car driving the TX twisty's, I would probably go with R6's - my next buy. You may want to look into M&H DR's for city / strip and Pilot Sports for a daily diver, although many seem to like the Invo's as well. I have the original "w" shaped Pilot Sports (3rd set) and they hold traction until they are bald. Stay away from the ZP (zero pressure) tires. They have a very stiff sidewall and do not work well in hi-power applications.
Dropping down to a 265/35/18 front from a 275 will reduce a lot of the bump steer around town.
I just bought that size tire from tire rack and the only street tire available is Goodyear
Sorry but thats not correct. I have mounted on my CCW wheels Bridgestone Pole Position tires. They are exact Z06 size tires that are runflats and in my opinion leaps and bounds better than the Goodyears. Tirerack had them 6 months ago, check with them.
They do make a 325, but it's the Pilot Sport with a treadwear rating of 80 (please correct me if that's not the right number- I know it's super low). Also- $599 each. Kinda pricey, but also probably pretty hard to argue the performance.
Bridgestone Pole Positions, GYSCRF's are the only two other options I'm aware of.
I'm currently running the regular C6 size in the front, but Z06 size on my rears, and am planning on buying a set of the Bridgestones in the spring based on NYC6's previous posts in other threads.
