I am not sure what an MS3 cam is and the specs, but to me a golden rule is when changing cams make sure the springs are changed to meet the needs of the new cam, you will need new pushrods, the stock roller lifters are good so no need to change them. On the rockers that is up to you as the factory ones are adequate. I changed mine as I wanted to up the lift and duration of my Comp Cams.

Add the Caddy lifters if you will spin it past 6500-7000 rpm on a regular basis and you will pick up 8-12rwhp running Harland Sharps or YT rockers, less weight over the valve. I just installed an MS3 in a buddies 2000/Z28/A4 and it has a very aggressive idle. Good luck. TSP is excellent though, my 10 sec 99 SS was all TSP parts!
