Rear O2 sensors
I was talking to the Diablo guys at SEMA and because of EPA regulations, the rear o2s are longer allowed to be turned off.
Take it for whatever it is worth.

They put a stop to the rear O2 simulators so it was just a matter of time before they stopped this. However I think that is only with the Predator as it is a pre-set tune. Don't think they can do anything on the HP and EFI Live tuners.
