Yep. I've seen it in the c5 tech section. Personally I would never mess with brake bias for looks alone (rear brakes don't do much so no benefit to increasing the rear capability and the master's not set up for the larger calipers) but that's just my humble unsolicited opinion due to the fact I track my car a fair amount.
