Bad WOT valve chatter
been getting an awful lot of valve chatter @ WOT the past few weeks (and a noticeable loss of power). I am assuming this is a timing issue and would like some opinions on wether or not I should have the stealership do a diagnosis or just go to a good tuner? I know nothing about tuning by the way, just what I have read here....thanks for the help!

Most valve noise on the LS2, LS3 is at idle, not WOT.
If it could be pre-detonation, you could try some octane booster or maybe buy a higher octane fuel for diagnosis.

I'm fairly sure its valve chatter, only occurs at WOT and it seems as if the car is not advancing the timing when I stomp on it (assuming the C6's do this). I think i;m going to take it in since its under warranty and see if the dealer can diagnose the issue. I just hate going to those guys because it seeems like they blow off any warranty work adn try to stick me with something not under warranty. You know the drill......
