do i have to change offset of rear wheels if i go to a 19"/11"?

In most cases no if you have the right tire size; do a search many posts on this topic. Oya also factor in lowering if you have done so already.

I beleive it varies from one wheel to the next. The mfg should be able to tell you.

Will you use larger than stock tires on the 19 x 11 rear wheels? My CCW street wheels are 19 x 11 rear used with Z06 sized supercar runflats. The offsets are different...not the same as stock C6 wheels. Talk with your wheel vendor or manufacturer, they should know what to do.

You should use the stock offset (79mm) if you are going from 10" rear to 11". The new rim will project out 1/2" past stock and 1/2" inside.
