the size of the pipe on the muffler (C6) that slides in to the H pipe?

u do under stand that its 21/2 but if the 2 slip together then they cant both be 21/2 right?

The H-Pipe is expanded (stretched) out slightly for about 3 inches in length so the over the axle pipe can slide in.
