actually, I believe the F55 suspension option also came with drilled rotors. plus, anyone can put on drilled rotors, so to me, that isn't the criteria to use. check the option sheet and see if Z51 is listed. if it is, you know you got it.
The best way to tell is to look at the gap between the brake caliper and the wheel. The Z51 uses the same caliper, but has a bigger rotor. So, the gap on a Z51 is smaller than non Z51 brakes. The gap on the non Z51 brakes will be about 3/4" or plenty of room that you can stick your finger between them, with a little to spare unless you have really fat fingers. On the Z51, the gap is way to small to put a finger in it.
I'll go get you a couple of pics to show what I mean.
EDIT: PICS
NON Z51
Z51

The sticker in the glove compartment is the "service parts identification"
and lists the VIN and all the codes that apply to that specific car's equipment. One of the codes shown will be Z51. If it isn't there you don't have a Z51 equipped car. Cross drilled rotors don't always tell the story because they are sometimes added as a dealer installed option on non Z51 models. The only other way to find out is to cross reference the VIN to it's build sheet which shows the Z51 option.
