I have a 2007 LS2 with a Halltech CAI. I had a mild tune that gave me 347 RWHP. Since, I have added a ported & polished TB, 1’ TB spacer and ZO6 NPP mufflers. What’s a best estimate of RWHP from you gurus out there? Also, what would be the next logical mod to try?

3-5rwhp with the throttle body.

I would go headers next. Kooks 1 3/4 with 3' x-pipe is what i would choose.

I'm not a gurue, the ported and polished t/b maybe 2-3 hp, the t/b spacer 0, the npp muflers 6. That should give you 355-356 rwhp. That will be pretty close. Next mod I'd consider gears or headers. Depends on your future use of the car, 1/4 mile or daily driver or whatever. Popular opinion here is mostly divided between the two. I personally have both plus h/c package.

350 RWHP.

Next add headers and get a tune.. You'll pickup 20-30 RWHP.
