I am looking to purchase 4 wheels and tires from a friend. He owns a 2007 Z06 Corvette. Wheels are 18 x 9.5 (front) with 275/35/18 and 19 x 12 (rear) with 325/30/19 on rear. My question is if these whhels will fit without any problems on my 2006 C6?
I have asked the same question, and the answer is yes for the fronts and no for the rears. It will stick out ~1-1.5 inches (not good for a car that is lowered or going to be on the track).

I've got z06 rubber on LG's wheels, 18x10 and 19x11 and the rears do stick out, however I personally like that(most on this forum don't) and get lots of comments on the cool bigs a$$ tires. Also added Apsis zo6 style splashguards, front and back, to protect the paint. As far as the z06 wheels, I not sure if the 12" rear will be OK. Maybe someone who's done this will chime in. Most refer to the tires as runcraps, but they work a lot better than the stock tires for me at 450 rwhp and 405 rwtq. Good luck.
