You might have some air in the system, or could be a thermostat stuck in the closed position.

You said "manual pressure gauge" --- did you mean "manual temperature gauge"? If so, and you are measuring the temp of the water at the radiator, your thermostat is stuck closed, water in the engine is hot, but the thermostat isn't opening up and letting the hot water into the radiator.

Sounds like air in the system. I would purge the air out first. There are a couple of ways of doing it. I bet this is your problem.

Pull the small rubber hose coming off the water line from the driver's side head. Take off the coolant tank cap, put your mouth over it and blow until coolant comes out of the line you removed. Put line back on, fill with coolant, replace the cap, and you are done. Do NOT drink any coolant!

Are you running a 160 thermostat, may just be that the computer thinks the thermostat is stuck open and popping the code. I had the same problem when it was cold outside and the engine didn't heat up fast enough for the computer. You could try to unplug the computer for a few minutes and see if it keeps coming up. I had the code tuned out since the motor was never actually running hot, and it sounds like yours is not either.
