Some Dyno Numbers Finally!
It was an all LSx Dyno Day at Race Proven Motorsports in DE (home of that 8 second ZO6). Anyway I used it as an opportunity to evaluate 3 of my tunes, to see which one pulled the best numbers.
First run:
The tune was the one I drive all the time, but the IATs were screwed bad from sitting, so it ended up pulling more timing than I would have liked.
411rwhp /410rwtq
On this same tune I ran an 11.502 @ 123 mph too. I'm hoping to do better as that was my first and only time on drag radials.
Second run:
I loaded a much richer tune, an 11.7 AFR. I wanted to see how the power rolled off as it got richer. Turns out it really didn't.
409rwhp /408rwtq
Third Run:
I thought I loaded a more aggressive tune (than what I normally drive) but unfortunately I loaded the wrong tune, it was basically the one I drive all the time with a minor fueling change. I wanted it to evaluate a 12.8-12.9 AFR but ended up evaluating a 12.5.
412 rwhp/413 rwtq
Final Run:
I loaded my regular tune back on that I always drive with so I could see the difference between the hot IAT run and now (since air has been really passing through the intake to cool it down.
414rwhp/414 rwtq
Overall I'm pretty happy with the results. I really wanted to see a 12.8 AFR on the dyno, but I loaded the wrong tune. The way it looks though is that 12.2-12.4 is the sweet spot anyway.
Now to clean out my airfilter. Car is a year old and its got 33,500 miles on it and I imagine that air filter is probably screwed with the dusty driveways I go down...
I'm goin to rent a dyno in the near future, run the car with a new airfilter and maybe with no airfilter plus maybe a little tweaking on the actual dyno. Hopefully I'll see 425rwhp as thats where I want to be.
I'll keep you guys posted on my progress!
Edit: Adding Video of some runs.

I've hit 123 on both street tires and drag radials.
The Drag Radials were on the 11.502 run, but I think I can do better...

Maybe vararam is my next step...
Now that you have posted how your car responded to these particular tunes, it gives me much more of a starting point for my testing. A+ post.

The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
[/IMG]This is the result of Stainless Works headers and converters, Callaway Honker and Dyno Tune on my 2008 LS3 Automatic installed and tuned by MTI Racing in Atlanta.
After testing some stuff tonight I'm 100% certain I need an aftermarket intake or a new airfilter.
From how dirty my stock intake is and how much better it ran without it in, I could see a clean aftermarket one freeing up anywhere between 10-15 rwhp.
I went for a run without the filter and it was very apparent that a restriction was lifted, and not just seat of the pants. Right before I went for a run with it still in place, no tirespin in first. Without it the tires would break loose.
So next step, intake. (this is a big move for me as I usually dont' believe in aftermarket intakes... maybe filters, but not intakes lol)
