Door Rattle Solved
I have an AVIC D2 head unit driving the stock Bose thumpers and some Boston Acoustic 3 1/2's. IT sounds great in my opinion but I've always had an annoying rattle in both doors when the bass would hit. I've had the door panels off more than a few times and attempted to quell the rattle by putting things between the panel and frame but nothing did the trick. Yesterday I figured out that it is coming from the seam in between the top and bottom parts of the panel. I cut up some tee shirt strips and used a micro screwdriver to wedge them inside the seam. No more door rattles.
