Door squealing
Does anyone know how to adjust the door hinge or the door latch?
My passenger side door squeaks whenever the body flexes while driving (over small bumps in the road, etc).
The door opens and closes just fine, and most people wouldn't notice any problem. But if you feel carefully, as you close the door and apply a slight pressure upwards, you can tell that's where it should be. If you close the door normally, it still closes fine with no problems, but you can hear the door latch *barely* rub up against the door jamb lock. It locks into place just fine, but I assume it is sitting 1/4 inch lower than it should causing the squeal noise.
Also while driving, you can push upwards on door to stop the squeal.

i am a nut about squeaks and rattles in my car. i lubricate the rubber around the targa top regularly to keep that from making any unwanted noise. however with what you are describing i think i would bring it back to the dealer and have them adjust (fix) it.
