Need help re-setting fob

First I thought my FOB was dieing so I replaced the battery in it (Fob 1) When I got back to my baby she was dead. This happened a few days ago (maybe 3 or4) and I've since put in a new OEM battery. Had to get in through the trunk to open the door etc. I changed out the battery and now the driver side window wont go all the way up and I can't start her up with FOB 1. Fortunately she recognizes FOB 2 so she started, with FOB 1 she tells me no fob detected. I also checke dthe DIC and she tells me 0 tire pressure on 3 out of 4 tires. I'd like to get her back to normal....Really need help on this one...

Check the battery in the #1 fob to ensure it is not up side down
Disconnect the vehicle battery for 1 minute and reconnect
Start vehicle with fob #2 (or the #1, if battery was installed incorrectly)
Re index windows
Drive car to correct TPMS condition. If driving does not work, dealer or tire shop can re index the TPS
If #1 fob still does not work the relearn procedure is in the OM.

I could not program my fob. I tried everything possible. Dealer did it in about 5 minutes. Probably used the TechII
