With access to a Tech2 you would know what you would need to replace. You'll have to replace the seat belt tensioner if it's sticking out more than about an inch. Look down between the seat and console where your seat belt harness latches into and there is a long rod looking piece that has the spring in it. If it is protruding out much more than a little then it has to be replaced. It creates an open circuit.

The AirBag module would need to be replaced or reset as well. If the car was hit in the front end then the forward sensors on the crash bar needs to be checked as well.

I remember you inquiring about getting the vehicle started or something along those lines. What was the cure to that problem?

i take the car to garage which is only works with new cars and he said i will get it work. it take three days he will analyze the problem, will check all wires, and will need programming code from US (i don't thing there is any code). but i pay 1000$ and get the car working.
also i have traction system and ABS system and handling system not working because of the front accident maybe because of the wheel sensor but i manage to clear it. now the remaining the airbag system reseting.
