Brake pad replacement help!!!!
Ok guys i have an 07 z06 and i am trying to unscrew the pins on the front calipers. Why are they not comming? Is there certain instructions? Any help would be appreciated.

The pins are notoriously difficult at times to remove. Short of removing the caliper, I don't know what to do except maybe try an impact wrench..... If you remove the caliper, you can soak the pin in WD-40 or Liquid Wrench. Mike Golding (Corvette Pilot) (mike@thepowdercoater.com) may have some ideas.

I am not familiar with Z06 brakes, but with regular C6s, you have to use two wrenches - one for the pin bolt and the other for the inside collar. Otherwise, the pin will just spin.
