Default extra part were does it go.

I am finishing up my diff and gear upgrade , clutch replacement and ecs supercharger install, now I have one extra part and I can,t figure out were it goes. it is a small spring about 1/4" in dia. and about 1 inch long, I had everything apart for about a month and I remember putting the spring in the box and thinking, you need to remember were that goes. I seem to remember it coming out of a line I took apart I think, any help would be appreciated, this is in a 2008 c6 m6 z51.

I figured it out, I ordered a stage 3 rpm diff. so I didn,t have it apart, it was in the line going to the oil cooler for tranny on z51, not sure why it was in the connection were the lines clip together up by the motor, everything works fine with out it in there.
