Need Help with wire for fan
I just got a switch to run the fan .. I have to run a wire from the engine compartment to the interior... where is the easiest way to get a wire into the cockpit from the engine..I cant find any holes in the firewall ?

Near and behind the battery is where multiple wiring harnesses go through the firewall. There is usually enough space to shove one more small wire through the grommet.
Rather than a light to remind you to turn the fan off, you might think about getting a timer to break the circuit. Just set the time and forget it. No memory required.

excellent idea... I'm going to Radio Shack tomorrow to see what is available..
