With my head and cam package about to go on, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be on the high side of duty cycle of the injectors. What do y'all think would be a good injector to go with? Keep in mind I want some wiggle room. In the near future I'm going to install a ported fast and a 150 shot

With no knowledge of heads stats, and cam figures. I would safely assume just grab some 60-65 lb/hr injectors. Those will safely support nearly all the power most heads cams swaps allow. They will also allow you to have the wiggle room, you need. (Dont neglect the pump in this instance, or think about a stand along fuel setup for the nitrous. Fuel pressure and flow are equally important as the possible flow of the injectors)
I'm looking to do just the injectors right now, and when I put the nitrous kit on that's when I'll replace the fuel pump.... Unless when I get the car on the dyno am I'm still running out of fuel. I guess we will have to see.
IPS what kind of duty cycles are you usually seeing on a car that has 500 rear wheel horse power? Are you seeing any idle quality issues with the bigger injectors?

The issue with duty cycles is they vary car to car, injector to injector, and then fuel pressure. I can tell you that on average with a 60 lb/hr injector on a 500 ish horsepower motor we see the 60% range I believe. Maybe higher maybe lower due to some variance, but again on average.
With the 42 lbers at 4 bar and 500 horse power I would bet your in the 75% range and above. We prefer to stay under 80-85% for safety measures.
I know this is somewhat vague, but that is the nature of the beast. If you would like to really calculate injector sizing, us RC engineering's injector calculator to get you your target size and duty cycles based on fuel pressure and other inputs.
If you would like anyone is welcome to call in give me as much information as possible and I can spec out your injector sizes on each case by case. No charge

I plan on putting a set of TF225s on my car.
Would it be better to get the FAST 46# Injectors (LS2) or the FAST 57# Injectors (LS2) ?
Do I need to get this too?: MSD Fuel Pump Booster
See sig for the other mods already done to my car.
32-33 lbs. Your factory injectors will be pretty maxed out at that power level. Both sets would work fine for you, the 57's would allow plenty of room to grow if you need to. Your factory fuel pump should be fine.
