Default m2w question?

I installed the mild to wild.. I was under the impression the exhaust would operate per stock unless i "opened it" but it seems now it starts wide open and i have to use the m2w the m2w to return it to stock operation.. did i do something wrong with the install?

So you are saying that if you shut down in the mild position, the flaps do NOT close once the car is started? If that is the case, check the instructions again. Mine are open when I first start up if I shut down in the mild position, but then they shut once vacuum is built up, only takes a second or so.

nope.. i wired it in the "zero drain" setup.. i didnt read the instructions that said if you wire it into the zero drain position, the NPP starts "flaps open".

once i wired it in the " will train battery if you dont drive it for 4 months" mode.. it works fine.
