Borla Stingers....nothing else come close to sounding as good. (Of course that's different for every person though)

All aftermarket exhausts for the C6 can be "good". What do you want it to sound like?

Many!
If you wanna go extremely loud go with Bullets, Stingers and Loudmouth.
Quiet but loud when you want it go with Corsa.

I am looking for a good, fairly loud rumble and possibly a little more horsepower. Is there any where in particular where I should shop on or have them installed. This is my first Vett so I am pretty green, when it comes to these things.

the best thing you can do is go to a car show or a cruise-in and hear them in person, check the regional forums for events in your area or look up car clubs in your area.

Forget about hp gains. Understand your tolerance for drone, it can and will get old. Headers will add to the drone even with the Corsa Sports, much worse with the others.

I had the Borla Stingers and was quite happy with them however at around 2K rpm you will get some droning. It didn't bother me too much however I did a mod in which I installed the Z06 manifold, cats, 3" h-pipe, IMHO a great mod for the money and nice HP gain. Once I did the mod the Borla's became much louder which was OK however the droning was unbearable. I traded for the Corsa Sport and there is no droning and relatively aggressive under aceleration. Knowing what I know now I might would have gone to the Corsa Extreme however the Extreme's are pretty loud.

I got the SLP Loudmouth system for my 07 LS2. Very loud system and I haven't even put on the longtube headers yet. The drone isn't too bad. Not nearly as bad as I expected and it wasn't nearly as expensive as other I've seen ($700).

BTW, from what I was told, HP gains are minimal so take that out of the equation and focus on sound.

Make sure you know what drone is and how much of it you can take. I had it after a year and went back to stock. Good luck.
