CCW makes 18X10 and 18X10.5 that will fit a 275/35 without issue. i do not know what the offset is and i doubt they would tell you unless you bought a set.
I have 18x10 SP500's on the front of my C6. I am currently running 265/35/18 rubber but will be running 275/35/18 when they decide to release a 325/30/19 NON-runflat PS2.
My track wheels/tires are CCW C10 wheels 11” x 18” all around and they're setup so each wheel is identical with the same offsets. I run 305/30/ZR18 tires on the front using hub extenders/spacers. My friend runs 315 track tires on the front of his C6. I believe his fronts are 18 X 11 CCW wheels with an offset of 56mm using P315/30ZR18 tires.

The R888 275/40/18 will fit nicely on a 9.5" rim, but you'll need an offset of 69mm, which will give you a stock tire/fender allignment. I figure an offset between 65-69mm would keep everything inside the fender. Stock front offset is 56mm. In order to keep the stock fender/tire allignmet, you need to add a half inch (12.7 mm) of offset for each 1" you add to your rim width.

Similar setup here. 18x11 Classics, identical all around, small spacers up front. Makes it easy to swap and rotate as I please for extended track-day tire life. Havent had the car at many HPDE's yet, but at the rate they're wearing with me rotating around, I imagine i'll be buying track-day tires a third less often than my buddies.
