6L80 PIDs
I started to log a few trans PIDs on my 6L80 but I am not clear on what they are telling me.
Current Gear : Is showing state change at speeds below the table settings but 600-700 msec. later the Trans Input RPM and Calculated Gear Ratio show changes starting at about the speed that I have set in the shift tables.
So what does the Current Gear PID really tell me?
I am logging TCC % PWM in hopes to see where the TCC is locking. But I always see 0%.
Also logging TCC Slip to see if it helps figuring out TCC activation, but it does not. It shows values of + and - a few hundred rpm.
What do I record to see TCC activation?
