I tend to think of the anti-sway bars as a functioning pair. Many feel with OEM C6 tires the Z51 bars are your best bet. IMO if you go to larger wheels/tires upsizing to Z06 size sway bars may be more appropriate. I don't think a 2mm increase will do much. Here's a chart that may help:

So much more to it than the diameter. Solid vs hollow for example. Material used 9stell alloys are not all the same). The bars have a torsion spec to them that is not published.
Best would be to swap the bars and try it.
Where did you find a 19mm bar? Id it adjustable?
