Give LG motorsports a call and ask about their G6X1 or G6X3 cam. G6X3 cam will give you lope, loud, shake, tons of top end power and also streetable.
240 cam here, .608, 112 LSA. In the ballpark. 05 C6, stick. Love it. I don't need "mid-range" power. The 400lb/ft my car makes stock is more than enough to shove me around in traffic while just driving to get somewhere. I question just about everybody who touts that the "mid-range power is where you're doing most of your driving...". Well, sure, but if I'm just putting along in the mid-range, then I'm not getting on it. And if I'm not getting on it, why do I need my powerband there? The only time I need my car to be quick is when the pedal is on the floor. When that's happening, I'm over 4k rpms the whole time anyways. I don't understand the "low-end" logic, personally. I've never run anybody on a track or otherwise where we agreed on "hey, lets race between 2500 and 4500rpm's only, that'll be fun".
Go big or go home. Just don't go so big that the car wont idle or that it bucks and kicks all the way up to 2k rpm.

I use my cars power between 2500-4K rpms almost every day getting on it fairly agressively just to use the power.
I dont want to always be making 6500 rpm shifts to feel the power.
To each their own though. I dont think I've ever met anyone with a magic stick 3, let alone 4, that was happy with it as a daily driver.
I had a MS3 in my 99 SS......it was fine with the A4 and a big stall but was definitely not a low/mid-range cam.....had great results at the track with it though
I'm with the majority.....go with one of the torquer cams and u will have a much more streetable ride and won't lose much up top
I had the Torquer2 in my LS3 for a while. It's plenty loud and rumpy with an aftermarket exhaust. If you want to wake the neighborhood, the T2 will do it. Still drove fairly good with but a few issues. I wouldn't dream of going bigger, but I'm an old fart and I'm done with big cams and everything they come with. If you want to sound like you have a really fast vette, it will do fine. If you want a really fast vette, leave the cam alone, and add a blower.

How much power/torque did your car put down with that cam?
Main issues were low rpm surging. Some say you can tune it out, but I had two of Houston's best tuners have a go at it with similar results. That was with 4.10 gears. Stock gears would make it worse. Some can put up with it and shift it out of that rpm range. I couldn't.
It made about 460 rwhp in my LS3 with full bolt ons on a stingy dyno. Torque was up there as well. I think it was around 440. Similar cams get or exceed 500rwhp in LS3's on more #'s friendly dynos.
