Default Change your clutch fluid

Got some mods and a tune done by Jeremy Formato just before Corvettes@Carlisle and in the process, told Keith at Keith's Pitstop in Gettysburg that my clutch pedal wasn't returning completely, but seemed to be working fine. When he checked the clutch fluid, it was BLACK and almost looked like sludge. My 06 Z51 only has 12K so I didn't expect it to look that bad. We changed fluid, and it's better now but occasionally the clutch pedal doesn't return fully. I'll make it a point to keep an eye on the fluid color in the reservoir. After the case in point, I read Ranger's sticky posted above. You should also. Don't let low mileage lull you into a false sense of complacency on this issue. CHECK YOUR FLUID COLOR in the clutch reservoir!

Default Whatever it takes

Yeah, I'm not sure how many refills were done on mine, but I know that there were several to be sure.
