Default Catalytic Converter on C6

I recently purchased a 2007 Z51 with 5K miles. Corsa exhaust in place. I crawled under to try and determine if the Corsa was Sport or Tourning model and notice there were no Cats on the car. I have read many threads on this forum describing what is mostly the problems with removing cats on a mostly stock vehicle (including smell, backfiring, etc.). Does anyone know what the laws are for a Chevy dealer selling a used Vette in Florida are regarding cats?? Any advice on what I should look to do?? Add high flow aftermarket, work with dealer to replace factory or do nothing?? I am a bit concerned about what could happen when I go to sell or trade this one in a few years... Advice appreciated.

TommyV posted a great pic. The cats are not under the car as you are used to seeing. The C6 actually has them in the engine bay hooked to the exhaust manifolds. If you open your hood you should be able to see them if you still have them.

I say look back, its illegal to sell a car without cats (Dealer). And if you don't have cats most likely you also have long tube headers.
