My ported LS3 was the same as a LS2. I heard the 2009 TB has changed.

I am slightly confused, my apologies. So you have a built LS3 long block? that you are installing in an LS3 car? In this case I would stick with the stock throttle body in the LS2 car for programing .

Spoke to Corey from LS2portworks and he said its the same. I installed his ported throttle body on my LS3 and externally it seemed the same and has worked like a charm.
