Request Info on HALOs

I have seen quite a few coupes with a black "halo" to match the glass top. Can anyone provide information on how to get a black halo; do you paint or is there a cover that fits over the colored halo?

i had mine covered with a vinyl sticker with the halo left on the car and it came out pretty good. Cost me $50. You can have it painted as well, or swap for an already painted black one. I was told that they are pretty easy to remove.

Halo = Rear Roof Panel

In GM terms it is a Rear Roof Panel. See page 3-24 of the shop manuals.

Its body section between the roof and the rear compartment lift window of a coupe.

I painted mine, knew it would look good.
