It is just a push on installation with 6 clips. To remove properly, you need one of the small plastic panel removal tools, but a small screwdriver will work.
You pry up on the grill and look underneath for the clips. Just pick a spot and pry up looking for the clip, if there isn't a clip there, move over about 2" and try again. After you get two of the clips the rest will come easy.
The light/wire assembly will come up about 6" and allow you to rotate the grill out of the way. The center speaker is held on with 4 small metric hex head screws.
