Lifetime Oil Filter ???

And guess what, the oil goes THROUGH even a 0.45 micron paper filter.
And the other comments about having a steel filter in your system I also think applies. No thanks, all you need is one filter to fail and now you have chunks of steel floating around your system.

I think I will stay with a high quality PAPER filter.

I read that when you start filtering somewhat below 20 Microns that some of the additives start to be filtered out. Do you have any knowledge on that?

This was discussed on BITOG and the consensus was no IIRC.
