NAV -XM1/2 Display Issue

NAV -XM1/2 Display Issue
My issue is my NAV seems to loose the XM1/2 some times.
I had a SpecUSA iPod interface connected to the XM input. It seemed to work fine until I unplugged the iPod once. From that time forward the NAV only displayed the FM1 & FM2, and of course AM, and CD. I thought the SpecUSA iPod broke. That issue persisted from that time forward. Well I decided to go for the GM PAL as a replacement. For the last week, or two the XM1/2 worked fine and so did the GM PAL iPod connection.
Today, I was going "BACK" through the GM PAL menu, and I think I touched "BACK" one too many times. Now the NAV again only displays FM1, FM2, AM, and CD, just like it did before. I cannot get the XM1/2 to display again.
Any suggestions?

I solved my issue.
I suspect by touching "BACK" one too many things it put the GM PAL software in a condition that it could not recover. Another words....the software is NOT well written.
To solve the issue I completely disconnected the GM PAL for 2 minutes, then re-connected the GM PAL. Now it operates as it is suppose to work....without issues.
I have been born and raised in a General Motors family, but I am loosing faith quickly.
