uncontrolable shake

Uncontrolable shaking at 80 even after laser alignment and balance, could it be brake upgrade? also have rattling in left rear, could it be emergency brake?

Find the rattling, it could be something loose in the rear suspension. I take it you or your alignment guy has checked for worn/loose parts?

Thanx for reply, its an 06 vert, with 8500miles on it, really shouldnt be anything worn, right?

i think most on here would say they need more info to try and help. meaning did the shaking just start out of no where or after a tire change or did you hit a pot hole or......................

You mentioned brake upgrade, are the wheel stock or aftermarket? If aftermarket pull the wheels and remove the spring clips that are over the wheel studs. They were just for hold the brake rotors on during the assembly. You could also have a bad rotor or one that is not seating all the way down on the spindle causing the wheel to woble. This is all providing that no of your rims are bent...

This would cause an "uncontrollable" shake!

Check drive shaft joints and half shaft joints. If they are aftermarket wheels check to see if they are hub centric or rely on the studs to center the wheel.

OR the rattle could be a shock that's defective(bad) and also causing this whole issue.

I say to remove the clips mentioned above and have the car alligned and ballanced by a sop with a Hunter Road Force machine.<---very important.... This should help.
