Active Handling question
Within the past year I have had the Service Active Handling message occur in the DIC a couple of times. Simply shutting off the car seemed to reset everything. But yesterday something weird happened. When I started the car, the steering wheel twitched a couple of times (without touching it). This has never happened before. Is this a symptom of the AH disastrous issues I've read about? I've begun turning off the AH and TC whenever I drive.

You have a gremlin.
Maybe not a diastarous situation but something is wrong. BCM, ground, communication problems, etc.
Let it got too long and I'd guess your going to get into a limp mode situation.
