I bought ebay headers for my C6 but they were from a different seller. Mines are also 1-3/4" not 1-7/8. I've had them for 6 months now and so far they were the best $350 i've spent on my car.

Hey look pretty good but remember what they say...you get for what you pay for.

I'd say get them. But that's just me. I wish I had waited for these ones since these have the 1-7/8 primaries.

You could search for past posts of mine. I was pretty open about what was good and bad about the ebay headers.

Good:

Great quality (welds, spike, flanges, etc...)
Stainless
Make good power (car is trapping 118+ with just headers/intake/tune in an A6 LS2)

Bad:

X-pipe will need to be modified to fit correctly. The angle is slightly off. Muffler shop will do this for ~100 dollars or less and will take about 30-40 minutes to bend the pipe or weld in a new short section to take out the angle.

Best 350 bucks I ever spent on my car (they were 1 3/4")

I have put 10,000 miles on the car and they're looking good and leak free.

Also, please note, two others said the best $350 they have spent ....NOT the price on this one. Be cautious and you may well get a great deal.

Well these headers appear to be catted and are 1 7/8" primaries while ours were 1 3/4" non catted.

I was just relaying the information about MY headers that I purchased through ebay.

Floyd - I was agreeing with you, the OP's price was lots more so I just thought he should take a closer look.

Buy 'em from JW@JWMotoring.com a Forum Vendor in the C6 Parts for Sale Section.

I did and his work just fine. Nice finish, easy to install, and my '08 A6 made 400.6 HP and 401.8 torque after a tune.
