Yeah not bad. I have an 08 A6 and went to try to swap out stock throttle body with a ported one and literally NO other mods and with the Ported one it put down 380rwhp and can't remember the TQ but when we swapped to the stock TB it put down 390rwhp. I was like WTF so we swapped the ported one on to a friend of mines car and his had cold air, tune, and he picked up nothing but didnt loose anything either. I still have the ported one on the car now.
Put down 373.8 rwhp and 364.5 torque. Bone stock, 8,100 miles. About what I should have expected right?
Interesting numbers, I've been looking for those for a stock "08 A6. Mine with only Long Tube headers and a LG Tune put down 400.66 HP and 401.85 Torque, but I didn't have any base numbers to compare.

There was an 08 A6 there with American Racing longtubes, NPP and a K&N filter and it put down 399 rwhp. The owner said his 3600 stall converter and 3.15 gears take up 20-30 hp?
Might do headers and an intake. But I already can't get traction!
For the 2K that you will spend on headers and a cold air, you might be better off buying my friends 3:15 diff and have CMS install it.
The cost with install would be about the same but the seat of the pants would be alot greater.

Yeah, but I hear a gear change is mostly seat of the pants, you take off maybe a tenth in the quarter.

You will be alot quicker with the 3:15's than you think.
My friend and I raced at Qualcom last year, his is a 2007 A6 Ls2 with cam, headers, etc. putting down 420 rwhp and he has 2:56 gears. My car still had the stock converter but I did have 3:15's and I was beating him by 3 car lengths in the 1/8 mile. He said that I was still pulling away from him after we crossed the finish line.
You won't get that from headers and a cold air.
