Default driveability?

I'm relatively new to corvettes. Last one I had was a 66' back in the day and I was a lot younger. Looking to purchase a nice C6 but I'm 61 now and not inclined to do any racing at the track. One car I really like has all the options and the right colors I want BUT has these mods.
Modifications:
90mm Intake Manifold
Vararam intake
LG G5X3 Cam
ASP Pulley
AFR205 Heads
Kooks Headers
X Pipe
B&B Bullit Cat Back Exhaust

I haven't driven it and can't since I would have it shipped to me. The price is right but if it can't be an everyday to the grocery store driver then it isn't for me. My question is for any of you that have a similar setup. Is this car driveable for everyday use or is it too much of a beast? I'll be the primary driver but occasionally the wife may want to use it. Can a woman handle this car with the M6? How would it handle in stop & go traffic? thanks....

I'm 99% sure you will want to replace the bullets. They are the loudest available for the Corvette.

As for driveability with the cam/heads, LG says its streetable... not sure by whos definition though.

Here's a video of a corvette with the G5X3 cam:

And the G6X3:

I would say, it would be best for you and your wife to go test drive it and see for yourself how you think it feels.

Yes I do believe you're right. That's way more power than I need!

Given that list of mods the car you are looking at has probably been driven hard, not necessarily abused but I'd bet a case of beer the current owner probably didn't add all those performance parts just for bragging rights in the parking lot. I vote for finding a bone stock car like was mentioned earlier.

No doubt those mods weren't installed for just talking. Thank you all for your responses.

You don't want to buy a modded car, especially one that's been cammed. For driveability, get a stock car with F55 suspension.
