On some days the car performs like no other, similiar to a z06 that I drove... mind you the car is making 440whp however I usually go for rides in the whee hours of the night and I do so by the coast... temps there are typically 40 degrees, although when I take the car during the day its much more fun to drive. It almost seems that at night my tires are spinning in 3rd gear...

Thats exactly how I feel.
too much street HP takes away the fun of driving our cars.
I had a C5 with 556RWHP that held the ground with 556RWHP on Kumho tires, as to my C6 with 561RWHP and Toyo tires o a freshly laid asphalt road I did a 180 going into 2nd.
So now I'm looking to get a different brand of tire and in a larger size.
