Headers

i was looking into putting a set of headers on my Z06. So far the only mod i have done is B&B Fusion exhausts which i love so far. Idont plan on putting a cam on the car. I was wondering will the headers give my car more of a betteror deeper sound or will it just give me more HP. I'm just looking for some good advice. I also plan on putting a CAI on the car also so any advice or help on that would be greatly appreciated. By the way Happy Holidays to my fellow corvette owners.

Headers will sound deeper and a bit louder bit nothing crazy.. with a tune you should see 30 plus rwhp..

The stock Z06 exhaust manifolds are very good. With a stock engine headers will net you maybe 5-10 hp. I'm sure your car would be louder especially with no cats. Look at #50 & 51 below.

Might get 30 plus on a ls-3
or 2 but not a ls-7. The better factory manifolds and exhaust of the Z-06 only loses 10-15
to headers!
