Default G meter on c6

Hello Gentlemen,

I have recenly purchased a 2005 vette with the z51 package and the lt3 option. Is there a "G" meter some where on it? And while I am posting.. It also has navigation. Is there a factory MP3/IPOD connection some where?

Happy New year

To answer your questions, Yes and No.

Seriously, just go through the "mode" button on the dash to the left side of the steering wheel and select one of the track mode screens for the HUD. You can select the type of tach, the "g" meter, and a gauge on the right if you would like. As for the IPOD you are out of luck unless you do aftermarket and there are alot out there especially for cars with NAV. Someone will correct me if I am wrong but I think it was the 09 maybe the 08 that finally got the IPOD input on the radio and that is an earphone style input. Hope this helps. BTW, enjoy the car they are fantastic and welcome!

One more thing, I learned the most about the car by sitting in it for quite sometime reading the owners manual and just pressing buttons! That and picking peoples brains on here. You would be surprised how extremely knowledgeable people are on here.
