05 Air Tight window problem...

05 Air Tight window problem...
Ok, so when I first bought the car I was wondering why the windows would go down but would not come back up when closing the door!? So while I was going to the dealer I noticed that they were already working... opened the door, they went down a bit... closed the door and came back up! yay!!!
Well on the 24th it Snowed here in Dallas and the window and door was frozen shut! I opened the car to up it in and i noticed that the window went down... but never came back up again! now its the 27th and still not going up! the passanger side wasnt either till yesterday, and it came back up. I think... I'll double check today as I am about to wash my baby.
Any Ideas what could be causing this?
