Maybe a Newb question. Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, but why is ther a large price gap in the Z06 front conversion and the Grand Sport front conversion? Thanks -Wade-

Hi Gene,

Can you send me a PM and tell me the best way to get the results I am after.

I have a base C6 and want the rear wider fenders and associated parts to start.

I do not want the wider front fenders from the Z06/ZR1. base front is fine for my plans.

Later I would like to add a front splitter. Can I add a splitter to a base front end or do I have to get the Z06 or ZR1 front bumper to add a splitter?

hope this makes sense.

John

The Z06 and ZR1 have carbon fiber fenders. The difference in price is around $1000 per fender. That is the reason

Hi John,

Usually wide body customers have lots of questions. Feel free to call me and I will answer them to the best of my ability. You can do the rear kit without doing the front kit, no problem, but the GM splitters do not fit on the front stock body.

Thanks. Gene.

thanks for the reply. I will call when I am ready. I was pretty sure the splitter would not work with base front end. thanks for confirmation.

We used to until the dealer I was at, was closed down by GM due to the wind down. Our current location does not do this yet.

Gene, will be calling you soon about possibly picking up a wide body conversion for my c6.

How many hours of labor can I expect to pay for install/paint?

Thanks,

Mike
