2008 C6 Highbeam lamp replacement
Does anyone have experience with improving the brightness of the H9 bulb. I am very leary of the aftermarket HID kits because of the lighting system in the car.
Any help would be appreciated. The high beams in this car stink

Love my HID fogs from jwmotoring.com, see thread in C6 gen. I wouldn’t do HID highs, HID bulbs take 10 - 20 seconds to "warm up", not good for quick flashing etc. Your best option is to go with PIAA bulbs, there brighter, whiter (to match the lows) & they don’t get to hot like the cheaper bulbs.
