Default Kinda stumped

I cleaned my Throttle body and MAF sensor. I have the Vararam set up. To my surprise there was not a screen!! WTF
Or maybe I do not know were to look. Is the screen mounted in the plug that has the little wire and resistor on it? Or is it found across the diameter of the throttle body?

Been like this for almost two yrs. What to do if anything.

Also should I have found the inside of the intake wet cause I did.

Thanks for clearing this up for me. I got bored so I figured I would clean. I figured because I oil the filter it might help. I know not to touch just sprayed with circuit cleaner.
