Default HELP -- Memory Seat Problem

My car is trying to kill me, thankfully not my wife.

I have a 2005, 1sB car.

Here's the deal: I get into the car with my #2 fob and the seat goes into my position without problem. I being to back out of my driveway and when I get into the road, put the car into drive and the seat goes into my wife's #1 position. I'm around 5'10, she is 5'0. The car tries to crush me while moving. It started doing this in the middle of last week and had never done it more than one time (when I start moving out of my driveway), and only once per day (the morning).

Flash forward to today: We take the car out to grab lunch and the seat decides to move on me several times while moving. The seat only ever tries to go to my wife's driving position (moves forward and up). She drove it without any trouble.

Any ideas on how I can correct this?

Switch fobs, the car obviously prefers the #1 fob position.
