Need a little help from the group. My 05 Z51 has been making a "whirring" noise, no clunking, grinding, or vibrations, from what seems to be the passenger front wheel. It only seems to happen when the car is going about 60-65 MPH under slight throttle. If you let off the gas it goes away. If I go faster 70+ no noise. Its in all gears at that speed. Any ideas on a fix/problem? Anyone else have this issue? Thanks for your help.
Piece of plastic/metal/etc that may not be obviously loose. Some people also report that their windshield wipers or the plastic under them also make noise at certain speeds.

I will check that out for sure. Thanks for the idea.
check your front wheel bearings. remove the calipers and "feel" each one. you may have one that is just starting to go. it will feel rough when you turn it over. had one doing the same thing last year. 05. if you do have one bad, it is serviced as a hub assembly. not cheap, and not a do it yourself deal unless you are qualified. good luck

I would also lightly turn the car side to side at the speed you feel the problem and see if it gets worse one way and better the other way. This will confirm it if it's a wheel/hub bearing. If so you may have to pull the wheels AND the calipers and rotors to be able to feel which one is going bad. If you replace it make sure you buy a quality replacement. The inexpensive one's are just that - cheap junk!
