Flowed our LS2, 243 CNC'd head on a 4.00" bore. Runner volume is ~225 cc and these are with 2.00" intake valves. These are going on a project here and since we have a few of the new 102's, I figured it was appropriate to update the flow numbers.
So, we started by flow testing the head and then went at swapping intakes and eventually we ended with the ported version of the 102.
Chart was done in excel and the actual data is below. Next I need to measure the volumes of each intake and I'll post that.
Charlie I can see where porting will show gains in the Flows on the 102
on A 243 HEAD. As far as aftermarket ( Trick Flow 225) There is very little to be done if that head was to be used for A before and after porting
for the 102. It would have been A more complete picture if you had A
PORTED 92 in there because its common kmowledge the FAST 92 gains
nicely from porting. If you feel the PORTING on the102 will gain from porting with TRICK FLOW 225 please PM me for I am in the process of comparing the 102 to the FAST 92 units.

Great info Charlie...it would be awesome to see back to back dyno tests. I have heard from a very reliable cylinder head porter that flow numbers don't tell the whole story on intake manifolds.
Got my intake back from RPM, the porting work is amazing. Painted it at my body shop yesterday, flat black w/ a nice coat of matte clear to keep it from flaking. Here's some shots of the process I went through removing the lettering--which was quite thick. Used a dremel to grind them down, then 100-400 grit sand paper, then it was primed/painted/matte clear.
Just need to make an appointment with RPM to get it installed and dyno'd. It's going on a 04 GTO (LS1). I currently make 437/398, anything around 450-460 rwhp and I'll be happy.
