Starting / Service Issues
2nd time now in two weeks , Go out to start my 05 C6 , Ignition button lights up green , Push it , Everythings dies , goes dark , Few seconds latter lights come back on , Gauges sweep , Start buttons green for start , Same deal , Push it , All goes dark again for several seconds.
Check engine light is now on , Service vehicle soon message is on , service anti-lock brakes message is on , Service fuel system message is on and low fuel message is on ( I have a full tank of gas )
Then like magic , All is well again. Car starts , Messages are gone...
With the exception of the check engine light....
I know a weak battery will cause crazy things to happen on these cars , but is there anything else to look for ?
I did recieve the recall notice last week , Need to set up an appointment soon.
