Default Key fob programming

I recently bought a 2006 C6. It only had a #1 key fob so the dealer got me a #2 fob. When it came in my wife took it back to the dealer for programming. The problem is the #1 fob works like it should. The #2 fob will let me lock/unlock manually and let me start the car. It will not work the passive lock/unlock or let me in to the options to change any personal configurations. Any ideas what could be wrong?

You might want to read the IM on the part where you program the DIC. It is in the DIC programming that you set personal preferences and the passive locking portions for the car.

What "personal" configurations are you referring to?

I have the same issue with my #2 FOB, same source too. Replacement FOB, some stuff works some doesn't. It is going back to the dealer when it is back from the booty shop.
